i fucking love doom. i think it’s the best game, ever, no exceptions. i can finish doom 1 all the way thru on ultra violence without dying once (which isn’t really that much of a big deal, by today’s standards)

id software released the doom source to the world, and development has continued around the world. nowaways, you can play doom on windows, linux, mobile phones, ipods, xbox, just about everywhere. modern source ports also include real 3d graphics, and improved opengl effects and such. some are really impressive
